Editorial policy
This policy applies to all published content and complements the methodology.
Sources and labelling
Fact, analysis, opinion and provider-reported information are labelled separately. Information that comes solely from a provider is marked as provider-reported, never as a verified fact.
Conflicts of interest
Editorial work must not be influenced by holdings or relationships. If such a connection exists, it is disclosed in the text, or we decline to publish.
Sponsorship and affiliate links
Sponsored content is clearly labelled and visually separated from editorial content. Affiliate links are disclosed in the individual article. At launch there is no sponsorship and no affiliate links.
AI assistance
AI tools may be used to support drafting, structure and language. All published content is reviewed by a human against primary sources before publication, and responsibility always rests with the editorial team.
Updates
Articles are updated when the underlying source changes. Material changes are logged in the article and in the corrections log.
